Dubai Airports has embarked on a full scale data acquisition programme to significantly improve performance measurement across the entire operation. This is part of a coordinated effort with stakeholders to increase the effectiveness of staff deployment and facility utilisation.
Dubai Airports has realised significant performance improvements across various airport touchpoints due to the valuable insights gained by the use of sensor and passenger motion based detection systems.
Olio have been able to help in the deployment of these systems, and additionally to promote data driven continuous improvements in operational processes.
Olio consultants have led this work from master planning to implementation, including project management, technology activation, and operations process improvement subject matter expertise.
